FYI for you BE's....joker over on the CH forums recently fiqured out that a new pet damage formula was put in...

and I can verify this cause I saw the damage on a few of my BE pets go through the roof recently VS. higher lvl targets. in this new formula the TO HIT stat factors in much like the acc. mod does for ranged professions the higher it is the higher damage a BE pet can do vs. targets of higher lvl...

the pets im referring to have TO HIT stats of 140 or higher. and from what im finding on the 499 max damage deeds the TH stats dives into the low 60 ish range when the damage is pumped that high... as an early opinion it seems to me max damage isnt the most important stat to worry about with this change....but this all needs abit more testing to confirm this opinion ATM......

Nice piece of information mate, unfortunately no good to us really, To-Hit, Armor Effectiveness and Defense Value are now all set by level only, it doesn't matter ho much we experiment these stats or choose DnA for them they will always revert to a numnber based on the level of the creature no matter what you do.

ok.... does this mean if i'm looking at a deed for a bio pet and its to hit is listed very low that once tamed it will revert to a 160+ number? if so I'm running out to pick one up before thier gone....lol

It depends entirely on the level, i haven't even bothered trying to tame diferent levels and work out what numbers you get tbh so can't tell you
