What it is I believe you are really trying to say is that krayt dragons drop ASSAULT CORES for one& BATTLE ARMOR ENHANCERS also known as DRAGON SCALES. No it is not possible to use these in the same armor. The cores are the final product of armor before crafting the actual piece of armor. The Segment (scales) enhancers go into the segments which are used to make cores. And unfortunately these dragon scales are used in battle segments in which it is not possible to use both in in the final armor.

I want a relatively uber rifle.
I've read the lists of loot/reward weapon parts, but have no idea which are for pistols, which are for rifles, etc. To me a stock is a stock and a barrel is a barrel - I don't know SWG's view of which is only used for each weapon type.
I also do not know what parts are required to craft a trandoshan hunting rifle, and did not see a list anywhere.
If I know what parts I need to find for a trandoshan rifle or advanced laser rifle, then I know what to look for. The sticky showing what stats are good for each drop will help quite a bit.
I'm not looking to make an UbEr JeDi OwNeR rifle that does 1000-2000 damage with a sac of 12, just something better than the average rifle. I seeadvanced laser rifles can be made that make my stock trandoshan rifle look like bantha poodoo, and just picked up a half dozen lasers today for 100k each that beat it in every category.
Help?
