Just my two cents. If you are standing to a public crafting station make sure that you have three lines in your macro that have

nextcraftingStage. Check your punctuation. Stage is capitolizied, and it is noItem. Capitol I for Item. I have also had in some instances use 3 numbers for the schematic, such as 040 instead of just 40. Hope this helps
