Thread: Can't tame BE Rancor--please help!

the way the came is set up now befor the update gos live the skil you have to have is 4-4-0-4 look in the skills and it will tell you max level of pet is 50,if you do not have 4-4-0-4 that is why you can not call him.if you have 4-4-0-4 then you may just have to meay pets or some how the rancor is over level 50

Thank you all for the suggestions. As a test, I tamed another creature fom the wild, then released it and tried the rancor again. Success! The rancor was in my house as an objext at the time, and now is growing in my datapad.
I have had previous CH bugs where I have had no pets out but couldn't call any, perhaps this was a variation of that bug. Had to wait for the daily server reset when that has happened before, but I can call 2 pets at once now, so hard to say what the issue here was.
Again thanks for all your input! This is my first trip to the BE board, you all are a helpful bunch!

A Rancor is Visious. Even though 4-4-0-4 gives you 50 pet and pet levels, you require additional skill for the Rancor.
No, you do not. I did this. I am not a wookie. I do not wear CH clothing, never found enough milk. Taming 4 is plenty of the +taming vicious mod to tame a rancor. You don't need extra skill from being a wookie or taming mods. Again, I did this at this level, there is nothing more you need.
