Of the two, I would take Master Medic, as the final box does give a helpful boost to healing abilities.

I would instead, though, spend the skill points on Master CM instead, as /resuscitate is an extremely handy skill for any group CM to have at disposal. Plus, finishing MCM would only cost you 5 skill points, as opposed to the 34 points it would take to finish out Master Medic ( if my math is correct ).

On the minus side, reaching MCM will cost a lot more EXP points. But I think it would be worth it.
