Did someone say this was lootable?
Oh I see so it is going to be like Milk was...an urban legend...that will drop once every 100 million kills of a yet unknown thug type mob.
And then when some of us send in a Bug report and CSR report every hour every day then it might get added to the game.

Well, if it isn't in the game yet, I don't agree with the dev's decision to have the slot there. They should add the slot AND the ingredient at the same time, rather than confuse, then frustrate us. If it is a lootable item already in the game, it better be a schematic, because the ability to make a single +95 BSN tissue isn't going to be particularly lucrative. Guess I'll start saving up for when I have to buy that schematic off of someone. MBE/Merchants don't do very well in combat.

Sorry...I am a bit bitter about some things, like the EXP system and the fact that players are weaker then about 90% of everything else in this game...and every patch makes people weaker...yet no one seams to care much.
But anywise...there was nothing done about pets until some of us started giving them out for free trying to crash the servers...almost worked too.
And the Milk was not added until some of us, sent in reports alot...and I mean alot...I even had CSRs trying to give me web pages for places to find loot drops for the Milk.
Yet...that didnt help....
I was told it was in the game...when I asked where...they would not give me an answer and instead said they didnt want to spoil it.
Which I equated to...they dont know either.
So the Secret Ingedient is probably in the impossible bunker...or like the ill fated loot kits the item drops so rarely thats its pathetic.
By the way...those things people have...like the scales and such...it has nothing to do with luck...some people for a while would get together with large groups and camp certain things...getting 1 or 2 of the items...then using an exploit they would duplicate the items.
But now that the exploit has been gotten rid of...you wil find many things disapearing or becoming super rare.
So now...you will be extemely lucky to find one crystal or one krayt scale.
As for why on the test center people have them...is that its a small comunity group who play alot, and so since its testing...then people give things away for free to who ever wants them.
on Live servers...its alot different.

Hmm.....I'm not sure whether this has been pointed out already, but according to this article there are at least two secret data disks in existance. The article is inconclusive on who has them or where they are, however.

The fifth component is out of the game at the moment due to it being, surprise surpise, broken. LFD spent the last month getting the other four pieces after they got the fifth one when the DWB was first released. When they made it, the timer had a bug and all their components disappeared. It's no wonder they're PO'd about it.

This may just be my imaginiation but about one month ago on combat revamp notes or something i remeber reading up on the "secret" reaserch data. I remember it saying something about it being faction related and it would give a verry large bonus to additives using the data. Catch is that it is faction specific. Again sorry if this was just my immagination but i could have sworn that i read this on some online swg editorial.

speaking of the secret research data....are we ever going to get it? can we make the devs look at it w/ our "top 5" maybe? sneak it in as a 1.5 or something?
