It what other profession can you take out an entire Rancor Lair without engaging in any combat. I love my lil needle. It is the biggest thrill... nevermind the comments when a non BE see you bring down a creature they would have problems with.
I make all the BE things. I love making pets but I do not do the special orders much anymore since RL is increasingly take more of my SWG time. Hopefully 2005 will fix that. I am majoring in Tailor Tissues for most of my sales, the chef sales are a great boost when they come in. I have a decent NON CH and CH client base, which seem to be growing here on INTREPID.
I have trained about3 CHs and 1 BE / CH in the past month. YEAH!! The CH is coming back into favor... (hmmm... can you say Combat Rebalance????)
I have been a CH since I started Last January and Started BE in March(ish). I have no plans ever to change my template. I love my furry crew who protect me where ever I go... (hugs, pets and kissed her crew).
My goal is to have everyone in my guild and circle have at least one companion to keep them company in the wilds.
May the Mad Sciencist Live For Ever...

I stumbled upon this profession out of curiosity, and its so much fun. I dont worry about harvesters, and like was mentioned before, you can take out tons of creatures with your needle. I was m swords, m tka, m brawler and it was like god mode for pve. This is a nice change and when you actually "create" another creature in game to effect the lives of the players around you, its a good feeling. Especially when you see them running around with it destroying everything in sight. I like the fact that we have to actually think and calculate the outcome, and sometimes at 3 am you make a WTH pet. Its a good change of gameplay for me who did nothing but combat for so long.
