My opinion is give us fliers, but give CHs more uncraftable fliers. Then make them mountable. For this to be fair on CHs, I suggest making fliers minimum skin level 50+. If you think about it realistically, an untrained person should not be allowed to fly on the back of an aggressive creature. They should have moderate knowledge in handling creatures and understand their concepts. It's one thing to have a cute pet but it's another thing to ride the back of a giant flying reptile.
