Your Welcome Eogi,

I have been contemplating Dropping CH, for a while. And, was waiting to see what happend with this Patch. There's some Good (use special 1&2 and Ranged), some bad (Mostly for Novice CH's). People are complaining that everyone will have to buy BE'd ones since Wild Ones don't seem to stand up to them. (Though, I thought that was a big part of Bio Engineering To Improve things.. could be just me)

Personally, I would Love to have 2 Set's of Level 35 Uber Cats, 2 set's of Spider Type (range attack cool) So I could mix and match them and Pull out 70 Levels.. AND, have 1 or 2, Level 70 Monster Pets.(if they can be made to justify the Level Cost). Otherwise like a 45Lvl petpaired with a 25 Lvl. is a pretty good combo. I think with that setup. I would be a very happy MCH.

Open wounds never stuck for me and I've gone through a lot of FG, Bark might burrower and rancor DNA.

If one more person asks for a level 70 durni I'm putting them on ignore. The highest thing I've ever made is a level 59 with all rancor DNA and I'm not wasting one scrap of it in a crappy skin!

Yeah, I'd have to say the rabbit types and even Kimos (gasp) are mostly novelty items.

If people want a useful creature, they would be wise to ask the BE to slide a cat-type skin on that template. My guildmates Razor Cat keeps up with him in his x34 Landspeeder.

I'm leaning towards the pack of 3 myself. Jack up the aggression and the psych to get a high dmg, low level critter.

Double Darnit! (TAB key grrr)

If you are a Master Ranger you should offer your escort and tracking services to a MBE on your server in exchange for pets. As a Ranger you can first track down the specific creatures we need to sample from and once they are found you can provide and apply the camoflage kit to make sampling easier. Am I right on that? Can you camoflage a group member? Right now even with max mask scent enhancement clothing sampling the Mutant Rancors is still quite dangerous.

I have found a pretty good combo of pets.

Pet 1 - The Tank
Level 40 Kimo (you all know why this is!!)
Light armor 60% kenetic resists, medium on rest of resists and knockdown

Pet 2 - the ranged killer
Level 29 Gurrcat
Light armor mid range resists on most stats
Ranged attaack, Strong Disease and Strong Poison

You have the the uber tank to take the beating, the ranged DOT pet which is also handy enough when you get swarmed.

(I am not a master BE yet, but I make the DNA templates and supply the meat/flora to a friend who is a master BE to make my Kimo's for me, just because they sell well)

The way things are shaping up, the market is going to end up looking like this for demand:

1) Single CL70 pet: most expensive pet with best stats possible

2) CL 50-20 combo: one really powerfull 12k HAM CL50 tank and one CL20 mount with ranged attack

3) CL35-35 comb: two CL35 pets with 10k HAM, good resists, light armor, and complementary specials (Dizzy / Poison on one and Knockdown / Disease on another)

4) CL24-23-23 combo: three CL22-24 pets with 8-9k HAM, light armor, decent resists, and complementary specials

5) nonCH pets in all the possible body styles (especially mounts) with special attacks and 2-4k health (or whatever it settles out to after the low level pet combines get balanced)
