It's not about experimentation points, it's about the DNA as the designer said. Ultimately you use the experimentation to boost the same things you always did, if you stick a gene in with light armor then you can't modify that further. As for resistances i dunno, they didnt mention if we'd have any control over that or not so thats something to ignore and debate as we haveno grounds to think from.

The question will be, when we make a 10, will it act like a wild 12? Otherwise it's just the same old stuff in a different cover. But, if all 10's are created equal we can stillmake up a few points on style.

The question....

...the answer...

This level will be affected by the skill of the Bio-Engineer and the quality of the DNA used. Master Bio-Engineers will be able to make creatures of a specific level with stats equivalent to a wild creature several levels higher.

Thus a CL10 bio-dewback will be equivilent in stats to one around perhaps CL12-15. Yes it'll be a weaker dewback however it is still a dewback.

Unless they physically alter the size of the kimogila in a drastic way then I expect it to be removed from the bio-eng blueprints. The thought of every bio-engineer owning a CL60 kimogila and using them in cities and on the battle field poses too many problems because of their huge size.

From the thread about future changes with cloning, "from the BE designer", I remember it vaguely saying about the size and pigment of the creatures. I could also be wrong, but thats what I assume. Also, the devs are introducing new species, and new babies to the CH's. We are also gaining around more than 2x the templatesof the initialtier. You just never know if they will be adding a minor kimogila or a new kimogila species that is most likely as large as a malkloc or torton, and as strong as a Frenzied Graul. It's almost forseen that we'll be getting new lvl50-60ranged creatures as the Lvl 60 creatures (rare) babies start spawning after the patch.
