My comment to Thnderheart got the following reply:

thanks - - I will have lots of correspondent stuff by the end of the week

I guess that means 3+ days before we get anything....

Also,

Your dev. asked me to assure you that he reads your board and is aware of your issues, even though your Correspondent is missing. He reads all the profession boards under his charge.

Your issues are, and have been heard. Keep up the good posts.

We're all very curious about what the Devs think is wrong with this class. In the past they've just tossed patches up on Test Center. We did get a post from the Dev once, saying that tissues would roll out to Test soon and he was working on Cloning, but he also had to do Chef and Tailor stuff as well. That was in August.

Heya, just to let you know...

I do lurk your boards, since you spin off medic (just like Doc and CM).

I am not, however, qualified to fill in (I got a PM from a player asking if I could, like when Zarlor filled in for the transition on Combat Medic (Z is the Doc guy)). Zarlor played/plays a CM... I don't Play a BE... so I don't have the background to temp for you until this gets sorted out .

It will get sorted out though.
TH is most likely lurking in the area as well, but he just started and is getting hit with everything all at once. He's rolling out stuff to help communication, if you need a New Correspondent, then it should happen pretty quickly once everything settles down. But, it will take hime a bit to get everything organized. Be patient. BE's have serious issues that need to be addressed, and the devs know that.

Keep everything organized, like you have been, and whatever the plan is reguarding your Correspondent should go very smoothly.

Thanks for your post Traigus.

I was thinking on PM'ing some other correspondent to make sure this issue was posted on the correspondent-only forums. Would you mind to bring it up there?

This is a particularly bad time for us to not have a Correspondent, as the big patch brought lots of changes to the tissue line (mostly good, but there are issues still). Also mounts just made it to test center, and the Bio-Engineer community needs a direct communication channel with devs to provide feedback on the current mount implementation on TC.

Thanks again,

Day 20

We've heard from the Medic Correspondent that Thunderheart is aware of our Limbo. It was very nice of Traigus to come in and shed a bit of light. And sticky some stuff, which we haven't been able to do for a long time. Tailor Correspondent also gave us some nice news earlier this month when they tested Tissues for us on Test Center. Wouldn't it be nice if we hada BE correspondent to do these things?

We've heard that the Devs actually read this board. That was nice to know. I would be afraid to post here too, if I were them. No one likes to be made fun of.

So, in the interest of efficiency, I'm going tostart a list of names we can save up to call the devs, when they do eventually show their faces. Then we can just sticky that, so they can refer to it any time they feel the need for abuse. But we'll need to borrow a correspondent from another profession to get it stickied.

I'm still actively lurking.

PM me if you need something stickied (so you don't need to put "traigus" in the title).

Not having any idea on how they pick people, I can't give you an ETA, sorry . They do know you need one, and have probably started whatever the process is. The Correspondents the quit or resigned were replaced pretty fast. The trick is yours dissapeared without word, so it wasn't clear he was gone.

Traigus,

We are glad you are around, and like the fact that you are bringing up our stuff with the devs.

But you shouldn't have to do this. I can imagine that being the correspondant for just one profession (medic) would be a lot of work, and 2 is more than anyone should have to do. (especially if one of them is BE!)

Is there any push to find another correspondant? I think that at this time, it's ok to give up on wayubb. He did a great job, but I think it's likely he won't come back!

Day 22 - What's it going to take to get the devs to just post a messge on this forum?
