Specials should be like weapons barrels or clothing colors... you pick the ones you want from a drop down list during the final stage of creation. Or at least they should be experimentable somehow, so you can change them if the original ones that showed up are not what you wanted.

Anyways, this is more than frustrating, just crit failed on the last DNA I had that finally came out with the correct specials. All the other ones came out wrong and used up all my DNA.Guess it is back to Endor and Dath for another 10 hours each.

BTW, did I mention that this is just wrong? I am all for having a complicated and challanging system and all, but what other profession has to spend hundreds of hours manually collecting resources for the "chance" of being able to create a single decent product? Heck, with almost all other crafts I would just leave my harvesters going and not even have to be online until they had all the resources I needed to risk failures. Seems to me when the resources have to come from actualonline activity, the chance of failure should be CONSIDERABLY lower. Its not like they are cheaper either, I have spent over 75k in shuttle trips collecting this stuff so far. Anyways, just my rant after losing the perfect pet to a crit fail.
