it was probably a newbie, they really have no grasp of the game. Thats not a personal attack - its the truth, hell for the first 2 days I was grinding rifles with a bowcaster and I'm a mon cal. I couldn't understand why I was doing such a low about of damage. So yes, I would email them and ask if the pet is alright and ask them if they need help using it or if they want a refund.

I can think of another possibility ... they're your competition, and don't want people knowing where your vendor is.

well i considered the possibility that it was my competion, but i didn't want to get all conspiracy theorist here. but who knows. my pets are pretty cheap and they are advertised as such so that could be it.
and, yeah...i'm definatly going auction this time. i hadn't thought of that. thanks!

Every once in a while I make mountable yard trash pets like that and they sell out fast for 6k each.

well it turns out the first guy was just confused. i reimbursed him and pointed him to my vendor to which he bought a real pet from, so it all worked out. i am still waiting to hear back from the second person.
i'm sure you were all waiting for my update on this situation with baited breath.

Also some CHs will buy yard trash pets for easy CH xp... I had 1 CHer buy over 200 yard trash pet at 1k each for training....
Just another theory..... the world is full of them...

Another possibility is that people are using them to decorate - Interior Designers buy yard trash pets for decorating purposes. I've also sold a ton of pets forplayer zoos.
Putting up a pet for auction is a good idea, I usually do that but havehad to put a disclaimer in my description as I was getting angry /tells when I wouldn't sell a Kimo/Rancor/Graul to interested players for 6k. I used to use yard trash pets as my auction advertizers but have found my vendors get more hits when I use my 100% stun resist pets. Since I rent my vendor space I've found the bazaar to be a nice way to let people know where to find my pets.

i have never "bookmarked" anything on these forums but in the drop down menu there are suddenly a bunch of bookmarks , this happen to anyone else or should i change my password or something?

This happens to me too all the time don´t bother about it i think it´s just a bug like the beta forums showing up for
non-beta people..

I think that happens when your session gets confused with another user's by the forum server. The drop-down list sometimes shows you their bookmarks. The bookmark list on the top partof the main page should always be yours, though.
