does anyone know of any marksman, crafting, or one armed macros that i could use to gain xp quicker???

Definitly 400x first for the better accuracty then i'd suggest 402x (counter sniping 2) so you can try some drx6 disurptor rifle. Or if you prefer conceal shot then 410x up to you.
I say stick with a speed sliced laser rifle untill you get some good speed but if you already got 0003, you should have already got speed from the start. T21 speed sliced, i'd say roughly 5.3 speed 360 max dmg w/o powerup, off hand thats what a good speed sliced T21 should look like.
Also if you can get your hands on rifles SEA's like speed, accuracy and accuracy while moving, it will helps alot.

Brandy to buff your mind.
Tuned muzzle of sighting powerup for max damage.
T21 speed sliced or damage.
Concealshot.
Take on big mobs that don't deathblow.
The faster your weapon the faster it will use up your mind ham.

heres the situation:
i had 2 free branch unlocks - used them on Ranged speed , and Ranged Accuracy
how long , in theory well it take me to get all 6 branches i need , as i can do 2 before the phase is up , leaving only 2 for the next phase
if you see what i mean 
- and how do i go about doing it - as i am clueless to quests etc...

One unlock per phase, you had 2 free at the start. If you unlocked in phase 1 and phase 2 you still need 2 more unlocks and all the xp for them so minium 3-4 weeks for the last 2 unlocks (each phase roughly 3 weeks).

i just noticed i have 2 branches done , 2 unlocked to grind on , without doing any quests , does this mean i can quest to unlock those?

No. You likely think that you have M. Speed and M. Accuracy, but despite being able to see them in your skill window you cannot train them as you have not unlocked them.

You can still build up fs xp just not train in the next branch till you unlock it. Like it may be green on the 2 in combat but you will be unable to train those boxes till phase 4 and 5. With2 free unlock that leaves you with 4. So since you did 2 in combat then likely you cant do phase 2 and will have to wait till phase 3. So 12 weeks till you have 6 branches unlocked then just a matter of how fast you can do it in after that.
