Ah, never quite felt the need for repeat customers, eh?
I suggest that you take a week and try being a responsible, informative merchant. After just a week you'll have more orders and repeat customers than you know what to do with. One refund usually results in 3-5 future sales.
On the plus side, I'm getting a lot of return customers. People that got screwed by unscrupulous fly-by-night BEs who offered the moon. They are back now and happy to pay my higher rates for quality products and service.
Thats cause there wasn't anything worth nerfing on BE's before this 
Shame Tal-N couldn't be here to see it, I'm sure he'd have loved it...

If the BE did not warn you, then I would demand a refund. My guess is that the unethical BE's just sold them without a word of warning, so they could make as much money as possible, until the Devs fixed it.

Everyone was saying for weeks now that these pets are in for a nerf. I know for a fact that some BE's were selling them without any warning because I would just go to a vendor in their house and see all the pets there. There is no sign that says, buy this 500k pet but watch out for the nerf. So the blame goes on all the people who KNEW this was a bug. For crying out loud your Correspondent even said it was last week.
So coming on here and saying, now people will be upset with us and want refunds, what do we do. Well, you got your self into the mess. As Tal-N said, its all about morals. Some people used their common sense and good moralswhileothersjust have the morals of a usedcarsalesman.
As I said before, I wish there was some communication about this before hand. That is the only thing that disturbs me about this. They gave no explantion or reasoning or guidlines the BE can go by. They just stealth "fix" everything, lol. Well at least it was just a "fix" to balance overpowered pets, oh wait that is the definition of a nerf. oh well BE were nerfed welcome to my world as an ex Commando, MCH, Carbineer.... Your class got its first nerf just like every class before you, get used to it. If something is unbalanced, get ready for a nerf.

When will I get my money back for the FP I bought to get an AT-ST before they nerfed it then... You are crazy... A BE knows lessabout a CL than a CH, so... And why buy anything that "everyone" knows will be nerfed... I don't think I've sold anything effected by this, and if I did I'll do my best to make the buyer happy'cause I like friendly people...
But demanding that a BE knows about this, and the buyer doesn't, is crazy... We don't get special notes from SOE with specific information... I work on orders, and if people wants a rabbit, why not make him a rabbit... No no no... You are totally wrong here...
And... If I knew about this patch, I'ld massproduced 12k HAM rabbits and kaadus and sell as house pets...
