First of all this is the wrong forum and we actually have more important issues like the Commando fixes.
About your idea then yes i would like to see some servers in the right timeline without Jedi and mass PvP like it was before pub9. But your ideas about how the changes should be on these servers i dont support.
There should just be the option to play on non jedi servers for PvP and jedi servers with only jedi PvP thats all i want to happen...but i doubt it will.

You misinterperate me friend. This would clear the GCW servers of Jedi creating the Jedi free servers that you are looking for.
(How do you create those *clicky* thingies?)

I like your idea, it makes sense. Don't know if it's gotten bad enough yet to see the changes you both want. Personally I think it has, but in order to bring about change more than half thepresent player base will have to want that change.
