They must be stupid. 
And you don't need to dizzy/kd them, whoever said that. They fixed that a while back. It's just broken atm.

I incapped Elohim when he was farming the stormy spawn on corellia.. He was protected by 2 guildmembers. Incapped him before they noticed, but didn't db because he was low level and not overly intelligent.
ive gimped him a few times now, he just wont avoid vis, first it was fd and now its a peace macro and a safehouse.
he has a house 200m from the squillcave too

LOL, it is so funny seeing all the afk grinders in the warren exploiting the broken spawn rate. There are jedi in there doing it also. Took out 7 of them so far today. The amazing part is they rebuff and come back.

For those of you who don't know it is the BRIA warren that the spawn is broke. Many jedi there for the picken. They just having a good time grinding xp till me and a few of my buds just take it all away from them.

It isn't broken, all spawns at all POI's have been increased dramatically.

I went after my first warren jedi yesterday and after messing around trying to get the master keys and all for about a half hour so I can get to where he is I knew at that point I would show no mercy on that jedi EVER!!! He was killed and is back there again, so I will definately be enjoying making +150K repeatedly until he learns from it.

brokes not the word for that spawn it makes the merc room in the geo cave look stupid and i do love to go down there and catch them out

this warren spawn is really really really tempting my return lol
but to answer your question...they keep coming back cuz they can get like 3mil xp in 1 buff session
