Just for fun I thought I'd start a new tradition of friendly pet crafting competitions.
This week: High HAM
Ok, this is the highest HAM you can possibly get into a CL 70 or less creature.
In the case of HAMs being very close or the same, bonus marks will be given for low CL but the main thing here is HAM.
Only other rule is that it has to be crafted under the current system and you must be able to prove its existance
The prize? The awe and admiration of your peers
This is just for fun

Sounds like fun, I'm in, but we need a strict definition for how we are to be calculating "HAM" (health? or health + action + mind?)and also a deadline
I'd also recommend that we require submissions to be screenshots from the experimentation screen, that way we can be pretty sure this wasn't created under the old system, or just some pet someone has had lying around for ages and ages. Just a suggestion.

Hmm sounds like fun I haven't had a reason to poke a MR in awhile.

Just to start things off, though I can's post a screenie of him yet, I have a bearded jax I tossed together tonight to see how I could do.
Health : 13171
Action: 13153
Mind : 13081
for an overall total of 39405 - and BTW, there is not a smidgen of Mutant Rancor DNA in it, for those of you that hate trying to get mutants.
I'll post a screenie once I (1. get space) and (2. see if he's decent enough to be worth posting in the competition.)

HAM = Health + Action + Mind
Doh! on the deadline - Midnight forum time on Sunday. Give me something to brighten my monday morning
Screenshots from experimentation would show the final creature stats. I will accept any entry as long as its out on display in a public place so I can verify it or a screenshot of the final pet can be provided.

OK, time for my best one...
I have nowhere to host a pic atm, but I'll try and arrange a link asap.
Chimaera, Naboo, Spiritwood - He's in the doorway as you enter, at waypoint -6507, -4140 if you'd like to varify.
A Rancor, as white as I could make him, called Mr Oogie Boogie... he's my little pride and joy.
Level 68
Health - 13153
Action - 13620
Mind- 13871
Grand total...
40644
His damage is low, but his resists are OK, and his HAM I'm proud of. I know people will do better than me, but he's my offering...

What an ace idea
I've been struggling for things to do in-game recently, and this looks like a bit of fun - time to go DNA hunting

Well, I don't know if this counts as I crafted it on the day of the crafting changes (along with the medium armor pets), but it's got health of over 15k. I'm not sure on the other stats though, I ended up selling it.

/sigh
well my highest was 13817/13817/13512 at exactly cl70 to bad I lost connection while selecting a color
Out of 9 mutant rancor samples(not any harder to get these days than they always were) got one pet between losing connection and crtitical failures
It's only 13297/13225/13422 cl 64 not enough to beat Arthurs so no need to try andtake a screenie of it.

I'm surprised there are any Mutant Rancors left after I got through with em, muahahaha. I sampled to death about half a dozen
I had a pretty devestating crit fail too, but oh well, such is life as a swg bio engineer.

That it is just really pissed me off was in the middle of being happy had just told the stats to my guild mates and poof connection lost but yes that does seem to be the norm for aBE as well as the critical failure on the assembly of a second gen.
