Thread: Medical Enhancers and Talusian Scaley Hide
On Talus go to the lost village POI then kill all the panthers and harvest their hide, i'm lucky i grinded my swordy on them pre cu right when i top notch spawn of hide was there so i have tons of the stuff hehe

Also , where the heck do i get Talusian Scaley Hide from? Allakhazam's says the mites drop it. but when i inspect them , it only has insect meat, but for some reason i couldn't even harvest them for meat ! thanks for the information and help in advance.

I have a nice BE memory from that village. Everyone in my town had been asking to help me sample DNA but for obvious reasons, I always refused. Finally, I really needed help to get greater sludge panther DNA and i selected a team of 2 people to come help. So we started, i went in, sampled and when i got aggro'd i'd run screaming out of the village towards my team who'd kill the panthers, rinse and repeat. However, little by little, my entire town sort of wandered over until we had about 8-10 people there with all their pets. Luckily, by that time, I had enough DNA by then so it turned into a town pantherhunt (as indeed it would have even if i hadn't had enough - you can't stop 10 people from killing things lol).
I got a few packs worth of that DNA (we all know what THAT was for lol) and some of it is still in my sorosub doing absolutely nothing.

hmn they have chamnged that then, because im almost positive i got scaley hide from them, i needed it for my tissues and im sue that coincides withwhen i was grindng there

Mynock or flynock or some kind of nock cave. It's closest to Dearic and a POI. Beware, you only harvest 1 unit per critter in the cave.

Oh I know dalyrakes do. They're non-missionable tho. There is a cave that is NOT the decay mite cave that has a decent static spawn of insects that are harvestable for small amounts of hide - slow and boring but at least it is a steady supply. Can't remember which one it is tho but I am sure you will find it - there are other animals in the cave too including panthers and so on.. Decay mites are useless - you can't harvest hides from them.
Cin - I think the CU changed that b/c I noticed decent harvest rates inside caves and dungeons after it went live. I was in the narglatch cave yesterday killing the narglatch's who aggro'd on me and harvesting the same amount from them deep inside the cave as outside the cave (around 75 units per level 25). Maybe they realized the annoyingness of the 1 unit per kill in caves? We can only hope.
