I read in another thread here that BEs can create creatures that even Master BHs can't handle. What's the point in that?

Its not that they can't handle them. There isn't a way to tame them. It is just bugged. Once the creatures are able to be tamed, then anyone with the right taming skills can tame them.

ok, I just thought BEs were creating Frankenstiens and letting them loose on the world. Thanks for the info even though I'm not a BE and don't plan on being one. Again, thanks.

Well, there are some that BE's can make that are bugged, but aren't kimos lvl 70? In the new patch master ch lets you use up to lvl 60 critters.

I'm not talking about the game at all. In my opinion the game rocks. I'm talking about flaming. Why does anyone do it? What does anyone gain from it? Do you flamers think you're better than everyone else? That you know more? And when someone asks a question that was already answered in the Jedi FAQ, don't post about how stupid they are. They're not. All it takes is a blink and a scroll-down and they can miss it. And for that you condemn them? It does you flamers most damage of all. No one wants to talk to you after you post a derogatory statement. And it most likely mirrors your interactions with your 'friends'. So many people just thoughtlessly put down others to make themselves feel better. It's easy. It's your first instinct when you were in grade school. But you're not in grade school anymore. Drop the attitude and be nice. And hold your tongue when someone does something wrong. Give them a hand. You may just find that it makes you feel good....and them too. As I said it's easy to be mean. But the thing I've learned about life is this: If something is hard to achieve.....it's probably something worth achieving. Now.......you may flame this. Oh yeah....read the Thrawn Triology. It owns you....and you didn't even know it.

Flaming makes them feel important and superior in this world.

Of course, though there are those that are plain stupid and deserve it. I know I've said many flameworthy things on these boards and those of many others.

Actually Galacticprophet, my post fits none of those that you mentioned above. (whiner/complainer/flamer) I asked a general question in the hopes that it may change even one person's mind about posting deragatory stuff. That's all.

Its not just that there are idiots- thats a given. Its also that many formerly optimistic, bright, and happy nerds like myself have been transformed into hollow, bitter shells of their former selves by the hideous vagueness of the 'path'.

The knowledge... nay... the DESPAIR, that you can be doing your very best, trying your very hardest, and still be going in COMPLETELY the wrong direction for ANY amount of time with NO clue if you are almost there, not even close, or what... THAT is what is crushing our very souls like a burning couch on our chests. That, more than anything else, is what transforms people who can normally restrain themselves into rabid beasts of the internet, ready to lash out at anything that doesn't conform to what they are used to.

That and the lack of fixes for commandos .

It took me a month to master CH and tobe able to have 2 decent pets out. It took me a week to get 3 at-sts that are all 10x stronger than my pets. They nerfed the armor rating on my gurrecks, but the at-st still has heavy. Why do I spend all these extra points on CH, when I can just use my at-st's to get the job done quicker and better. Don't say "faction pets have permadeath". I am not talking about pvp, I rarely use my pets or faction pets in pvp. I am talking about krayt hunting, jedi hunting and other high level stuff. You would have to be an idiot to get your at-st killed by a jedi or krayt...it's almost impossible for that to happen. They take hardly any damage. So, what I am getting to, is this...is everyone aware of this? What does everyone else think the point of being a CH is now? Should I surrender my CH skills, since I don't really need them? I would have already, but to be honest, I am scared that I am completely right about my view on pets and faction pets and the devs will end up nerfing faction pets, and then I will have to get CH all over again. Does anyone have any advice or anyway for me to look at CH in a better light?
