I was just curious what everyone seems to be capping out on in the Max damage for our pets. The highest I seem to be able to get is 540-550 @1.99

With my Grovo samples I've gotten them 650-660 or so.. I die a lot though.

Grove, i believe, is one of the Nightsister Queen's pet rancors. It would makes sense that he would die a lot

Hey all
Yesterday i was flying around in my brand new firespray, and as most other owners of this baby, i felt invincible, hehe. Well, i went Overt, so i could earn in some easy Imp FactionPoints in space. I found another player in one of these new xwings, and i wanted to try him out. I barely got to fire one single shot, 3 shots from him, and all my shield and front armor was gone, and i got disabled and destroyed. I didnt get mad, more like surprised, hehe. I didnt manage to get his name so i could ask him, so im asking you, what is the max damage cannons on a ship can do? my firespray got 2.4k shield on front/rear, and 1.2k on front/rear in armor, and all i needed was 3 shots.

Well, you could get two nicely REd level 10 blasters on a HeavyX that would do close to 4.5k max damage each...maybe even higher. Or, three nice REd level 8s doing a max damage in the 3.5k range.

Even if he just had 2 level 6 RE'd guns and was running weapon overload3 he would have easily exceeded your defenses, even with the PvP damage reduction.
From what you describe of the encounter, you haven't PvP'd much have you? Sounds as if you flew right at him, expected to suck up a shot or two, and give as good as you got. It doesnt work that way. Evade, avoid, evaporate, is the way to win a PvP fight. You can take the occasional hit and use Shunt to shrug it off, but you need to be evading and avoiding from the moment you see a person, because any time you take a full salvo on the chin (especially from a 3 gun ship like an Xwing) you're going to go down.
