I'm just glad I didn't get this for my BE when it came out. 
You might be able to call your CC company up and dispute the charge, but I dunno.
Try the NGE I am sure you will like it because ti is actually very cool (I played 12 hours yesterday and reversed my decision to quit) . I also belive that one day they will bring player bounties back.

Twenty bucks says in that EULA no one ever bothers to read they covered themselves.
What did they falsely advertise here?
Its all very dumbed down unless your a child and then its just right. When I say child I mean 8 or 9 after that you will find it is just boreing. Also you can do hundreds of quests already nobody does them because they are boreing have no story line have no real consequence and grant nothing of merit.
I hope you enjoy the nge for the month before swg pc closes its doors due to lack of players.
From what I have gathered around 80 percent of the players are leaveing and after this starts you can count on loseing 10 percent more. Result is 30k of people cannot keep a mmorpg afloat.
I would highly recommend you contact your BBB and if your real frisky file a complaint with your states attorney general, or you could play it real easy and get in on the class action lawsuits comeing, and yes apparantly there is a law firm working on it right now.
This is all going to end very badly. Chances are anyone who bought the expansion is going to end up getting their money back be it by the graces of a lawsuit by a state or a class action lawsuit.
