what exactly does the number mean?
im currently using a +14.88 one. whats the difference between that, and a +15 one? or a +10 one?
yeah 15.00 is relly good craftmanship indeed
I bought my 14.82 for 2k the othderday , but i wouldnt mind paying around 5k for 15.00 ones ![]()

My hunch:
Assembly Success = Assembly skill + tool effectiveness + station effectiveness + Pyollian Cake bonus + Manufacturing center bonus - complexity + random#
Experimentation success = Experimentation skill + tool effectiveness + station effectiveness + Bespin Port bonus + Research center bonus - complexity + random#
The numbers are added up (the random# probably can come out positive or negative) and looked up on some success chart:
1-5 = crit fail
6-15 = failure
16-30 = moderatefailure
31-50 = moderate success
51-65 = success
66-75 = great success
76-80 = amazing success
No clue what the actual number ranges would be, and they might even change depending on your skill boxes. But I have definitely seen better successes come up more often (especially at lower levels) when using higher quality tools, stations, Bespin Port, and research centers.
