Thread: Factory bug?
I tried multiple schematics, I checked and DOUBLE checked all the items were exactly what was needed, and even remade the schematic but no luck. Some one else came to me earlier and asked me if I was having this problem but I wasn't at the time and now I am. Anyone else having this issue?
I just set up my factory today. Got through 3 runs and now I'm getting the same error message as you guys.
Trying to make a Liquid Suspension. I have the exact same resources. I have tried 2 different schematics and I keep getting the same message.
It's also eating the resources.
This is getting annoying.
Ok, this is a REALLY crappy work around. But I picked up my factory, moved it to a new location near by and started it up... it works now.
Again this is a really crappy and expensive work around but it worked for me.
Another suggestion posted elsewhere:
1. EMPTY both the input and output hoppers.
2. CHANGE (remove it if you can) the schematic.
3. PLACE the ingrediants into the input hopper in the EXACT order (left to right Top to bottom) that the Skematic calls for.
4. ADD one unit of a resource that the schematic DOES NOT call for.
5. TURN it on and PRAY!
I'll be planting my medicine factory either today or tomorrow so I'm hopping this gets fixed.
Will have to try sticking a random resource in. I can't remove schematics right now, but I can change them.
The factory is called a food factory, but it is does food and chem just like the crafting stations and tools.
I have run into a problem with my structure factory and I can't seem to resolve it. I am currently waiting for a CSR to "fix" it but was wondering if any of you have run into this and been able to fix it. I started a 100 unit structure module job (from a 100 unit schematic)and let it run all night. I received my email this am telling me that the job was complete so I go and pull the crate out of the output hopper. Now I cannot add another schematic to the factory. All I have access to is input and output hopper. I have re-deeded it 2 times (including logging and doing a full file scan between re-deeds).
Any clues?
Thanks in advance.
This may be asking the obvious, but I have to do it anyway as I had a friend that said he had this same problem.
Did you have another schematic in your datapad? If you did not have a schematic in your DP you will not get the option to "Access Schematic Slot" until you do.
