Ive been at it for probably 18 hours of play time so far and only lack 3 boxes. I can fairly easily get those done in the next 3 to 4 hour play window I get. Its really not a difficult profession to master. The hardest (slowest) part for me was getting the first 2 or 3 DNA sampling boxes done.

Picked up 0-4-0-4 in BE back in October. More or less to make myself free pet stims ![]()
Since the cloning process wasnt what it is today I never had the desire to master BE till the revamp... So I never Mastered it till Jan 04'...
So that is what? 3 months ![]()
Do I get the award for the longest "grind"?

Think I must have started around December and not finished until March... so I dont think you were quite the longest "grind".... although I was in the process of mastering Pikeman on and off at the same time

I was wondering how long, exactly it took me, so I looked it up. Around 2 months. Here's a post that made me laugh:

It's funny to read back over that and see how cheesed off people got at the very suggestion that maybe BE is actually a fun class to play, and also how clueless and naive I was at the same time, lol.

2 days?! Wow, I'd like to know how you did the DNA sampling. I can understand the crafting, if you have the resources that can be done but please, how do I do the DNA sampling that quick? If you could post or PM me with that info I'd be very appreciative.

Heh, even with the uber xp from pack sampling and useage xp from our own dna templates back in the day it took me a month or two to get master, but then I never really ground the profession
