Hi I am kinda new to pikeman and I have a few questiobs. First off I've been thinking of doing klikniks for grinding. Are they hard to kill at a navoce lvl, what kinda of dmg do they do, and how much exp do they give? ANd how do you tap lairs. A quick response would be nice. Thank you for your time.

Good selection of speedsliced lances, start with bols on dantooine then go straight on quenkers when you reach lvl 3 in brawler continue to grind on them til you get lvl 2 stances then go huurton huntress rest - i did like that took me about 2 1/2 buffs to get master.

dude i was jus looking for some advice thanks
dude... it wouldnt be in the FAQ if it wasnt the best way to do it! Quenkers give you the best XP for your time. When quenkers get easy, move on to savage quenkers.

Klikniks are a lot less boring than quenkers if you ask me. Plus the vast majority of them are highly vulnerable to electricty, which is always nice at novice pike. Their ranged attacks can be a pain sometimes, as can their poison. Both of those apply to quenkers too though.
I don't know about the XP, but not everything has to be about the fastest possible way to go. Quenkers are boring as hell.

On the assumption that you are buffed and are wearing Ubese Armour at a minimum;
Hurton Stalkers is what you need to grind. They give off about 4000 Polearm XP and about 400 Combat XP per kill. Each mission spawn has at least 8 Hurton Stalkers and it only takes about 5 minutes to take out an entire lair. This gets easier as you obtain more powerfull area attacks.
Hurton Stalkers are fairly easy to kill as their resistances to Kinetic and Electricity Damage are not all that high. Moreover, they have no "ranged" attack like Quenkers.
All Hurtons do to you, is nibble at your feet a bit (hardly any substantial damage) and occaisonally dizzy and/or stun you. They have no posture change/KD attack, so this is merely an annoyance - not a real threat.
When looking for their "missions" in a terminal, be prepared to search a bit before one comes up. In a [Player] town with an improved job market (where you make more money doingmissions) - the missions you are looking for pay about 11K.
Beware, as there are simillar priced missions for Pikets as well (so actually read the mission desciption - don't just "accept" the mission).
By the time you're done grinding, you will likely have gone through a weapon or two and about 2 Ubese Jackets, as well as the associated buffing and travel costs. Since you WILL lose a great deal of condition out of any armour you wear, and since Hurtons don't do great gobs of damage - theres no sense in wasting good composite on them while grinding. Ubese is the best compromise between cost, protection and HAM cost, which is what makes it the most ideal disposeable armour there is in the game.
I defenitely reccomend getting buffed, (and mind buffed as well if you want to grind lazzily), and then get into a solo group. With that accomplished, travel to a [Player] town with an improved job market on Dantooine which also has a Pikeman Trainer (like Fort Arissi on Ahazi). Don't waste any time trying to find someone to teach you. Finish the missions you're on, and head directly to the trainer. From him to the mission terminal.
Rinise and repeat as necessary until you've mastered.
Using this collective strategy, I was able to Grind Pikeman in just over a day.
(I figured I'd toss that tid-bit out there for my fellow players who like me, are patience impaired).
There might be "better" ways out there -but personally, I'm not a big fan of grinding Quenkers beecause of their tendancy of staying out at range nickle and diming you for damge; whereas Hurtons close right in to chew on you. This makes them even easier to grind once you get your first area attack.
I also steer clear ofPikets, or anything else that can state you and potentially knock you down. Its not so muchthe fear that they'll kill you thats ever bothered me- its the [buff]timewasted while your toon is lying on his back getting stomped.
From my point of view - Hurton Stalkers are the highest (XP) paying creature you can grind with the maximum degree of efficientcy, speed and safetywhich you can hope to obtain while just "grinding".
Hope that helps
