I have found skill enchancing Items..(tape and segments)


I found out that the tape will work on wookie arm wraps but what are the skill enchanment segments for.. does any one know?? Please let me know I had 2 of them only one right now since the update I lost all my items in the Bank and one was in it.

Segments go in armor, tape is for clothing.
