I had a strange thing happen to me.

I harvested all my steel mills (about 13k) and was going to merge them with my additional steel (about 16k). So I click and drag over and let go. Nothing happens. I did it again. Nothing. Then I thought I'd try to split the 16k into 2 8k piles. It was at this point or very near that I got a message telling me I did not have permission to access "Steel" and POOF 16k Steel gone. Nowhere to be found. I know there are a lot bigger issues but *poofing* items are pretty big. I ticketed it and I'm waiting but has anyone else encountered this?

When I logged on yesterday, I lost a complete pile of allmost 15k Platinite Copper. It just wasn't in my inv or back in 4 mines.

I highly doubt that if a CSR could actually do something like return it, that'd they'd not believe me anyhow.

I feel the same way about how much a CSR will do. Kinda hope it was widespread and large enough to take action on. Guess it's 16k I'll have to eat. Wouldn't be the first time I've had to eat it, though usually it's money
