Do I get XP when I crafting a deed? And what XP does it count in?

You receive structure XP for crafting deeds. This counts twards the architect elite profession tree.

You mean as an artisan with ENG III, I don't get XP towards ENG IV if I craft deed for Wind Extractors and Mineral Extractors?
