Thread: Does sub-components give XP anymore?

Just want to make sure I'm not going senile, does anyone else see this happening too?
Scenerio:
Crafting Item A needs Item B plus 10 units of material
Item B use 5 units
Crafting B, gives you 10xp
Pre-Patch:
Crafting A with B, you get 10xp when you hit the "Assemble" button for the B,
then you get 20xp when you create the prototype.
Total xp=10+10+20=40
Post-Patch:
Crafting A with B, you get nothing after assemble,
and get 20xp when you create the prototype.
Total xp=10+20=30
Please excuse the math...so anyone?

Check the patch notes. You now only get UXP for using components made by someone else.
Of course, this wording doesn't make any sense. I'm thinking that what they mean is that a player will get UXP when someone else uses components they made, and the other player will get UXP when you use components they made. Either way, the change was intentional.

Yeah, I thought it might have something to do with that note in the patch notes.
I was just hoping it isn't so since I just made it to DE blueprints 1 last night (post-patch). Pre-patch, I had planned it out and had grinded the subcomponents so I can use them on the advanced bots for grinding to the next level.
Oh well, it always seems to happen to me that when I get to where I can do something. It gets nerfed/changed. Aiyee!!!
