Sorry guys can someone explain how this works.



I have a new character who just got engineering III and i keep seeing expermintation to make stuff better but have no idea how to do this. Can someone help

Craft using a specialized crafting tool (not the generic tool) standing near a public or private crafting station. After you make the item but before it is placed in your inventory, you will get an option to experiment.
