Anyone have difficulty placing mining installations lately? The last 2, on different charatcers/servers,I've had alot of problems with. I'm not in a red or yellow zone, and it seems anywhere I try to place the structure it won't let me. Last time i tried I had the same problem but managed to get one placed. Whats up with this?

I finally found a spot, at a loss of 8%, I just don't understand why there would be so many open spots that you cant place it on. I can see on the side of a hill or by big rocks, whatever, but this was just silly.
