I am just curious when I ask this. Why would you want or not want a miner profession in the game? I personally think any new professions are good, but would not go for a miner in the game myself. I have read the yes/no post and saw quite a few people say no to the miner profession, but noone said why. So, basically I am asking...

---why or why not to the miner profession?

I can't speak for everyone else but my reason for not wanting a miner proffesion is:

1. You only have a limited amount of skill points to work with and taking on an extra profession seems like to much. I have problems handling what I got now.

2. if this happens will they take away something from the artisian?

3. What could be possibly gained from being a miner? another profession like entertainer that isn't worth 15 dollars a month?

Thats just some of my thoughts.... don't take them the wrong way.

duh! Theres alot of people who mainly sell resources. And some of the richest people in the game. A Miner class is a must for us.

I have a full time job and full time school in real life. In game I am a Miner. I sell nothing but resources, and I love it. I need only play 30 minutes a day on weekdays, and then when the weekend comes, I can play hours and hours. The benefit is, while I only play 30 mins a day during the week, I rake in over 100k every couple of days. I went from 300k to 88k to 300k in 1 day. I love being a miner. It works for me.
