Artisan Archive

Since drops are pretty much non existent in the game anymore why dont we give master artisans the abilitiy to craft the skill enhancers that used to drop all the time. It would give a master artisan something more to make besides weapon power ups. Since enhancers are so rare now I hate putting them in an item of clothing and not being able to remove them. If enhancers were craftable clothing deterioration could be implemented which would allow tailors a more profitable profession as well.
