I have my quickness set to the max (650) and my stamina set to 600. I can craft all day and night without a single break or heal.
For the long grind to survey 4, just craft nonstop. To get rid of those annoying pop-up events (new concentration, etc) just rig your esc key so that it is always pressed (I used a rubber ball haha). Sit down and read a book, walk the dog, talk to your neighbor...you're done!

You shouldn't need to rig your keyboard to cancel the Popups. The first time I went through Survey I left my guy sampling overnight and when I woke up there were about 30 popups I had to cancel, but the exp had still accrued. Consider the popups a critical failure, in that you lose one round of sampling but you continue on your way.

Hmm, I always thought those events stopped your sampling. Rats! Oh well.
