When u talk about redeed a harvestor. Do u mean destroy it then or is there something I have missed so u can get the harvestor back to your inventory?

yes redeeding is when you get the harvester / building back into your inventory.

first you select destroy structure, you will see a window open and it explains that all the figures below must be in green to successfully redeed, otherwise continuing will simply destroy the structure.

you have to make sure that its condition is 100% and that you have enough maintenance paid into it to cover the redeed cost. this is 50 x the hourly maintenance. so a medium harvester would be 60cr x 50 = 3000.
