Thread: Quick question: Am I required to have Novie Artisan to own and operate Medium Mineral Mines?

I am running low on skill pts and could gain a handy 15 pts if I drop it - but I dont want to loose my mines..

No (un)fortunately there is no need to have any artisan skills to own and operate any type of extractors at this time

Although FYI, if you drop artisan you won't be able to survey for new spots. If these are static harvesters that you just set to the resource with the highest concentration after a shift, that won't really be a concern.
