I sell radioactive here are my prices, keep in mind i deal in large volume and have regular customers

fair price depends on pe of energy

850< 1-1.5 cpu

850< 900 2cpu

900> 3cpu

people on the bazaar blow me away with their profit gouging, but i will admit a lot of people pay these ridicuous prices. by the way if your on kauri and want reasonable affordable energy contact wakizashi

Ask around on your server boards or ingame, etc.. as prices can differ substantially from server to server. I wouldn't be able to shift large quantities for any more than about 1.5 cpu if its good PE as there are lots of power merchants who sell regularly on my server for 1 cpu (or less).

Munhihausen, not sure if you realise this but the way your pricing is done means that it costs a customer more in true CPU costs for power to buy highPEstuff then lowPE stuff.

For example on your pricing 5000 units of radioactive at 800 PE you sell for 7500 credits (1.5 CPU). When this is put into a harvester it givesthe customer8000 units of power.7500 /8000 means the customer pays0.93 CPU in real money.

The same 5000 units at 850 PE you sell for 10000 credits (2 CPU). When this is put into a harvester it gives the customer 8500 units of power.10000 /8500 means the customer pays1.17 CPU in real money.

Lastly at 900 PE you sell for 15000 credits. 15000 / 9000 is 1.6 real money.

yes,...they still pay more for higher grade energy. and you must realize that not everyone uses radioactive power just for harvester. sometimes people use it for other things where a resource w/high pe is not as cheaply available. besides im not that into micromanagement and squeezing the life out of every credit.

im into overhead economics. i dont care about making a few extra credits. i just wanna move product. i dont have time to compete with the gougers.

I agree. And sell every unit of rad power at 1cpu. Even less overhead to track. I stock up about a million units and sell it all at once. Always a couple of big fish around that want mass quantity, and every so often I get a million creds. Now if I could just stop spending it...

On Valcyn the accepted market rate is 1cpeu, ie. Credit Per Energy Unit. Any radioactive that has a PE of 1 to 500 is equivalent to 1 energy unit and thus 1cpu. After that it's PE/500, so 850PE radioactive for example is worth 1.7cpu. That way the customer pays a flat rate of 1cpeu. Keeps it simple.
