I'm slowly working my way up to Novice Arquitect. As I craft items, I pay attention to the "experimental effectiveness" and try to match up resources that have high numbers on these categories. Sometimes however, I have really high OQ versus say conductivity. Not sure at times what to use to be honest.

To make a long story short, my question to you experts at SWG out there, what resources should be used and when to make the best item possible?
