You know that bug where you can't sample a resource that has just appeared? (You get a message about the resource density being too low, even though it isn't.)

Well, that bug seems to affect Survey Missions also. A newly-spawned resource will not satisfy a Survey Mission, regardless of distance from the terminal or resource density. This makes Survey Missions on Sunday afternoon (when there seem to be a lot of shifts) extremely difficult, especially for us crafters who have no other good source of income.

Please fix this long-standing bug!!
