Ok, so i started harvesting radioactive minerals for the first time today. When the radiation sickness message came up, i figured it would just take away some health or something so i could just use stimpacks. But noooo....after a while i wondered why me health wasn't going down so i check my character stats. I now have 800 Battle fatigue. So it looks like I'll be sitting in the mos eisley cantina listening to this friggin' AFK musician who won't flourish for jack. Aside from using an automated mineral harvester, is there anyway I can harvest radioactive minerals? Like is there a lead suit for wookies or something?

They nerfed the sampling for power. You need a harvester. Wind gens are cheap enough and give enough power for a few small things. My personal favorite is fusions generators. They are pricey but worth every penny. I suppose a personal harvester on radioactive source would work too, but never tried it. Fusion generators take one lot and the same maintenance as a wind gen. Usual price is 100k give or take 20k.
