Can some master chef plz give us battle mungers a list of what to buy from you all?

As in buffing are selfs up in battle or even some web sites will work to.

It depends on whether you use spice & can get Doctor Buffs.

For soloing, I use :
Tatooine Sunbern (1700 str/stam -96 focus 389sec roughly) and Vercupti of Agazsa Boleruuee (+365willpower -145 stam, 638s) along with Muon Gold spice, or the alternative :

Neutron Pixie spice, Vercupti of Agazsa Boleruuee (+365willpower -145 stam, 638s) and Angerian Fishak Suprise (+460mind -51 action 745s)

If Im buffed by a doc, I use vercupti, fishak and muon gold, giving me close to 2k mind, and 1200+ focus & willpower.

Other useful ones are : (going from my bad memory as I dont have any made atm)
Thakitilo - ~320 Health, str con 580s
Breath Of Heaven - ~350 Str, Qui Foc 400s
Elshandruu Pica Thundercloud - 350+ Action - very nice for sampling, though I prefer tat sunburns.
Ormacheck : +90 Mind, Focus, Will for ~2mins, can eat 2. Nice for a low cost boost
Corellian Fried Icecream : can get about 350-400 focus, 300ish secs

By mixing with spice, you can get some very nice overall effects.
