Hey Bianca,

Can you verify the upcoming change to harvester hopper size? I'm hearing rumors that the hopper size will be decreased to hold only 1 day of extraction and then be increased by an Architect.

I'm a little worried that this will require me to log in daily to empty my harvesters. I've started using them so that I don't HAVE to log on daily as a casual gamer.

Any truth to this?

Thanks

Not all data is in yet, but I do believe that this is NOT retroactive. Old harvesters have still retained their original storage capacities.

Thats what I have discovered from making harvesters now and in the past. But I only have instalations 4, I don't have any experimentation points to speak of to test the larger harvesters, myself.

Bianca might know more, but you might want to check the architect forums as well.

Thanks for the info.

I wonder how experimentation will be on personal harvestors. Whether or not I, as an Engineer, will be able to increase the hopper size on the harvesters that I make in the future.

I would take heart and quickly make a bunch of personal harvesters tonight, the last night I can play before the patch goes live, but I don't know how long I can play this evening.

Yeah, what Vandessa said

I'm definitely watching this issue, please feel free to add your opinions to the discussion.

I think there is a need for Architect experimentation, but I also agree that if it makes unexperimented harvesters useless, there's a problem. I also think the outrage at this point is a little silly, the entire purpose of test is to test - if it doesn't work, or there is a huge outcry there is time to change things before they go live.

In case I forgot to say it: Thanks for looking into this, and thanks for all the good work you've put in for the Artisan Community.
