On what planetscan you place houses? And how often do you have to refresh a small house?

Houses do not have to be refreshed, but they do have to have maintenance paid on them. The different types of houses can be placed on whatever planet they say they are for. Generic houses can be placed on any planet that allows housing. I believe at this time only the starting planets allow housing, but you might want to check into that. Good luck and have fun.

Can you own more than one home?? If not is there a way around it? Would love to have different houses on different worlds. Or say a beach house and a town house.....

You can have as many houses as you can fit into your 10 lots. I think the only catch is only one house can be your residence.

I have a question then... what's the advantage of declaring one of your houses your "residence" ?
