i can't find these in any of the skill trees.... what do you need to make them i have a master musician and nada.

You get speakers as mission rewards from criminals.

No idea about the microphone. I'm pretty positive they can't be crafted (Master Artisan, Master Architect), but would like to know if there's some way to get them, myself.

Wayfar is just teeming with low-lifes...check out some of the nooks and cranies, too. Like in basements. =)
