I would specialize in one kind of profession. When i first started doc/cm, there was a guy who sold doc and cm resources for 3 cpu. He made a killing doing that. Alot of docs and cms knew him, so his name was already out. It is much more efficient and a better service to your customers, in my opinion, if you specialize in one profession.
For each profession, find out what is the most popular things to make, then go on swgcraft.com and find what resources it takes. Or you can ask a crafter what he needs. Or maybe he'll even tell you whats spawning right now, you harvest, and then you can sell exclusively to him at a designated price. I know on my server (shadowfire) there is a lack of resource carriers, so there is much money to be made.
I imagine the lack of resources is do to the holocron craze. With that in mind, perhaps you can cater to the grinder. Just harvest w/e is there, doesnt matter the quality and sell at 2 cpu (thats the price more or less for grind materials on my server from what I have seen).
The crafting profession I focus on is chef. We use lots and lots of floral food. Rice, wheat, corn, oats, tubers, fungi, evergreen soft wood. These are only some. Id love to have a contract with a resource seller for something like this.
Anyways good luck and I hope I have given you some ideas, even though I went beyond what you asked for and am proabably just rambling. ![]()
