Artisan Archive

Hi all, I have one of these tapes and am wondering a few things. Mainly do and how do the tapes work. I mean I know I put it in my socketed clothes and all, but does it grant an additional 8 expirimentation points to everything? Does that matter if most of artisan's stuff doesn't take more than 10 expiriments to max anyway. Does it just decrease the chances of crit fails? what artisan products would benefit the most from extra expirimentation? Sorry for so many questions, just new to the skill tape usage.

you need 10 points to get ONE extra. But DO NOT try and add more than ONE of the SAME skill tape. IE another artisan expirimentation tape to the SAME item be it a item of clothing or armour or you willLOSE the one thats all ready there.
