Thread: What are Creature Habitats for?
i have made like 20, i get no xp a box in my inv and when i relese the i get a bit of colur around my head for a few seconds.
is there a point to them?
I made a lot of them with butterflies and passed them out to be released at a wedding. It was pretty.
I personally think that these should be good grinding items, so that the samples found in lairs actually have a point to someone.

Yes there is. And No there isn't.
There is if you are an educator. On one of the servers that I play on there is a Twi'lek Master Artisan that buys all the Animal samples that one would delete. She pays 50cr a sample (seeing that they aren't THAT hard to get). She makes alot of creature Habitats. Her guild has about 1/2 Entertainers and about 2/3s of the entertainers are Dancers and Musicians. As such they get the flourishing light shows that then can set off. However what about the other 1/3 of the Entertainers? Well that is where the Creature habitats come in. They just let one of these loose and wal la instant show.
Not many people think of this use for them. But without this use. Then No not much point to them.
I like releasing bees in a med center or cantina and then running around like a madman, screaming "Get 'em off! Get 'em off!!!"
Usually good for a laugh, and I've actually sold habitats that way to people who'd never seen them before.
Do BE's not use them?
I sell them just cause I get the samples while running around. Think most folks buy them for furnishings from me.
