Artisan Archive

I just started a new Artisancharacter on another server a few days ago. Well not having enough money yet to keep my personal harvesters running all night and all day while i was at work i shut them off. Lo and behold I discovered the hard way that harvesters still draw from the maintenance pool even when they are off.
