Hi

I am a novice scout and novice artisan, so i can make traps and camping tents, but when i do not get any crafting xp when i use them, only scouting xp and trapping xp! Is that a bug??

No, you are not able to craft traps and tents because of artisan skills, but because of scout skills. To get crafting xp, you need to craft items that the artisan skills let you craft.

I think you'll find is was recently changed so that making scout items gives survival xp not general crafting xp (pretty sure this is covered in the scout faq)
